First and foremost, God is our head, so you can be encouraged that in ALL THINGS — including client projects — we are seeking first the kingdom of God and His guidance! Hebrews 11:6 reminds us, “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”

Operating with integrity is something that we value highly. We are committed to always moving in honesty and upholding our high moral standards. Our clients can rest assured that anything we do or say will be done with the utmost integrity and respect. In the same way, we expect anyone we work with or collaborate to value integrity as a foundational quality of their daily life and business practices.

“Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings; they will not serve before officials of low rank.” (Proverbs 22:29) Here at AU, we believe that if you’re going to do ANYTHING it should be done with excellence! The way we commit to showing up in our daily lives — including our work — is a reflection of our commitment to God and what He’s called us to do. If our Father has entrusted us with it, then we must steward it with excellence!

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” (Colossians 3:23-24) We pride ourselves on being able to deliver quality work with the same consistency, diligence and servant heart– no matter the season, client or price point.

We believe in exercising and refining our creative gifts. Timothy 4:14-15 reminds us, “Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through prophecy when the body of elders laid their hands on you. Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress.” Whether it is through photography, web design or even 1:1 coaching, we are committed to boldly & diligently flowing in our creativity as we aid you in doing the same!

Love displayed through sisterhood is truly the foundation we were built on! Whitney's heart for women to step out of the bondage of fear and pursue what God called them to do is what got us started in the first place! We cannot do kingdom work without love, and we don’t have to do it alone! In fact, we believe that when we operate in sisterhood, it will be easier to move in faith, integrity, excellence, diligence and creativity because of our support, guidance and accountability of one another.
